Key Responsibilities Engage proactively with international customers via chat to promptly address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide accurate and detailed product information, guiding customers through our services to enhance their overall experience. Achieve and consistently exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system to support data-driven improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring customer issues and recommend process enhancements. Stay informed on product updates and company policies to handle a wide range of customer queries effectively. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve personal and team performance. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of American English. Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in chat support or online communication channels. Familiarity with CRM software and chat tools to manage customer interactions efficiently. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a similar international chat support or customer service role. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
