About the role
Lean Solutions Group is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to support ocean import operations by managing pre-alerts, maintaining timely and accurate shipment milestones through daily track and trace, coordinating customs clearance documentation, and supporting dispatch and pickup.
Responsibilities
- Determine operational ownership and review assigned shipments.
- Maintain shipment milestones and perform track and trace.
- Review pre-alert documentation and coordinate customs clearance.
- Support dispatch and pickup coordination.
- Manage pickup bookings and release documentation.
Requirements
- B2 high English level.
- Knowledge of ocean imports and international logistics.
- Understanding of import documentation, customs clearance, and shipment milestones.
- Ability to manage changing shipment information and daily operational priorities.
