Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound communications with UK customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company CRM tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
