Internship - Recruitment French Sourcing Specialist

About the role

At TELUS Digital, the CX Sourcing Specialist-Entry helps build a talent pipeline for high-volume customer experience agent recruitment across assigned locations and languages. The role involves learning and carrying out sourcing plans with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand hiring needs and define or adjust sourcing plans.
• Run cold outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms to identify potential CX agent candidates.
• Participate in event marketing and recruitment campaigns to generate candidate interest.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for assigned language groups or regions.
• Pre-screen candidates for basic qualifications before handing them off to the recruitment team.
• Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health and candidate quality.
• Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement and gather feedback on the hiring process.
• Assist with creating job postings and marketing materials for recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
• B2+ oral and written English is required.
• B2+ oral and written French is required.
• Ability to identify qualified candidates, use sourcing platforms, manage multiple campaigns, and track sourcing metrics.
• Ability to work independently with guidance and support, attention to detail, a customer service orientation, and professional candidate communication.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
