Investment Data Management Lead

About the role

WTW Investments' Data Office is a central team responsible for sourcing, creating and maintaining fit-for-purpose, timely and accurate datasets to support trading, analytics, reporting and performance measurement. It maintains golden sources for datasets such as instruments, pricing, counterparty and client data, and safeguards data integrity through data quality and standards frameworks. The role supports business projects and ongoing BAU activities across datasets, working with investment professionals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Mexico Data Team and ensure timely, accurate delivery of BAU data management processes and support activities.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for IBOR, security master, pricing, counterparty, client and other investment datasets.
• Oversee workload prioritisation, issue resolution and operational delivery to achieve team objectives and service levels.
• Support team member development and mentoring through best practices, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex data investigations, reconciliations, quality issues and remediation activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data owners and technology teams to address data requirements and support business outcomes.
• Lead data migration, onboarding and transformation activities affecting the Mexico business, aligned with established data standards and controls.
• Maintain oversight of key data standards, documentation and data dictionaries.
