Requirements3–5 years of IT Desktop Support experience.Experience with PC/laptop troubleshooting and hardware support.Advanced English (required).Ability to work 100% on-site in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
ResponsibilitiesProvide PC and laptop support.Troubleshoot hardware issues (break/fix).Manage laptop shipping, receiving, and logistics.Perform general depot support activities.
