IT Onsite Technician

Role:
Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issuesLog, track, and update tickets using standard ticketing systemsSupport installations, configurations, and device setupsAssist with deployments, rollouts, and user onboarding activitiesMaintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentationEscalate complex issues to L2 or senior techniciansCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and managementAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
Requirements:
Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in IT support, help desk, or desktop supportBasic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and end-user systemsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools preferredValid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sitesUnderstanding of basic hardware components and peripheralsAbility to follow processes, document work, and learn quicklyStrong communication skills and customer service mindsetCertifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus
