IT Project Manager

About the role

Aditi Consulting is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager reporting to the IT Director. The role leads strategic technology initiatives to improve business processes, modernize enterprise platforms, and accelerate digital transformation across the organization.

The position manages cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to support successful outcomes. It combines project management with business analysis, process improvement, data governance, and an understanding of AI-enabled solutions and modern SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives are achieved.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and integration of enterprise SaaS applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business owners to support successful project execution.
