IT Recruitment Associate

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience. IT background is mandatory (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field). Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Strong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, technical roles, and IT terminology. Ability to communicate confidently with US-based clients and candidates. Basic knowledge of the IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, and eager to build a career in US Staffing. Remote Position (Work from Home). US-Based Company. Working hours will be according to the United States time zone.
