Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to final candidate selection, ensuring timely hires aligned with business goals. Source high-quality IT candidates using diverse channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop clear, compelling job descriptions. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Assist in designing and implementing recruitment strategies aimed at improving talent acquisition efficiency and quality. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
