IT Senior Project Manager

About the role

Huxley is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a global SAP implementation and migration project for one of its top global clients.

Contract details: Service contract with Huxley. The project is long-term with an option to extend.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on the service provider contract.
• Own and be accountable for project deliverables, ensuring completion with the service provider and internal teams.
• Track and monitor project finances.
• Prepare Steering Committee updates, including monthly reporting, and gather information from provider stakeholders for presentation to the Executive Committee (ExCo).
• Maintain a log of tasks and deliverables assigned to project participants.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Program Leads for each project.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• SAP implementation experience is a plus.
• PMO - Scrum certificate; PMP or similar.
• Relevant experience in budget tracking, vendor management and project planning.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Relevant stakeholder management experience.
• Fluent in English.
