IT Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide IT and systems support across the business
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including:
o Creating and managing complex workbooks
o Advanced formulas and functions
o Data linking, formatting, validation, and reporting
• Work confidently across all Microsoft Office packages
• Full working knowledge and support of Pastel Partner
• Assist the Admin Department with general administrative tasks when required
• Troubleshoot software and user issues efficiently
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
• IT Department-level IT with a minimum of 3 years’ proven IT experience
• Excel knowledge and experience must be T0/10 (this is non-negotiable)
• Proven experience with Pastel Partner (non-negotiable)
• Must have a valid driver's license
