About the role
INDI Staffing Services is looking for Java Developers to join its Development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The role is suited to proactive team players passionate about programming in Java and providing the best experience to the end user.
Developers will face technical challenges involving current technologies, the mobile world, web applications and devices.
Responsibilities
- Work with software development teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices are followed.
- Design, implement and support solutions for application development, security, analytics and performance management.
- Follow industry security coding standards, including Fortify scans and other security tool review requirements.
- Conduct code reviews for junior team members and peer reviews to ensure code follows standards set by the architects.
- Run test scripts against code to ensure quality delivery.
- Resolve code issues with urgency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java.
- Experience in web application programming.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Ability to work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Advanced English level.
