JD Edwards JDE EnterpriseOne Support Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne Functional Support Analyst to provide day-to-day functional support for our ERP environment. You will work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, assist with testing, and ensure the smooth operation of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Responsibilities
Provide functional support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Sales).Troubleshoot user issues and manage support tickets through resolution or escalation.Assist with system configuration, testing, upgrades, and routine maintenance.Create user documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve functional issues and improve system performance.Support audit activities and maintain accurate support documentation.
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred).Understanding of business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Sales.Experience with application support, troubleshooting, and ticket management.Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.Basic SQL or data analysis skills are a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to HaveHands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.Experience supporting ERP upgrades and testing (UAT).Knowledge of audit processes and documentation.Experience training end users and creating support documentation.
