Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product lines and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Manage inventory levels and assist in merchandise displays to enhance customer experience in-store. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and sales initiatives. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or jewelry sales. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
