About the role Job Captains lead the implementation of BIM processes across architectural projects — from developing BIM execution plans and standards, to coordinating models with architects, engineers, and consultants, to running quality control and clash detection. You'll be the link between the design team and the BIM team.
What we're looking for: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field ✅ 3+ years of experience in a similar role ✅ Strong command of Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 ✅ Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (LOD, COBie, IFC) ✅ Experience with U.S. building codes ✅ Advanced English — you'll coordinate directly with U.S.-based teams ✅ Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills What we offer: 💵 Salary in USD 🩺 Reimbursement for medical coverage and internet service 📚 Reimbursement for English classes 📈 Growth opportunities within a young, growing firm 🏢 Hybrid modality: 3 days from home, 2 days at the office in Córdoba (Cerro de las Rosas)📩 Interested in joining our talent database?
