CazVid Enterprise is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Job Posting Specialist to join our dynamic team in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance our recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms and channels to attract top talent. Review and edit job descriptions ensuring clarity, accuracy, and appeal to potential candidates. Engage with candidates through timely follow-up communications regarding job opportunities. Monitor and analyze job posting performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired candidate skills. Conduct market research to stay updated on job posting trends and recruitment strategies. Assist with onboarding by coordinating initial candidate interactions and communications. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent communication skills with strong emphasis on clear and professional writing. Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with popular job boards. Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management best practices. Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is preferred. Basic knowledge of job market trends and candidate behavior is a plus. You will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and work collaboratively with HR and hiring departments to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
