Assist in onboarding by coordinating initial candidate interactions and ensuring smooth transitions. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clear, professional writing. Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with major job boards. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management systems. Preferred: Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative roles. Knowledge of job market trends and candidate behavior in Mexico.
