Key Responsibilities Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to enhance visibility. Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates that match specific job requirements. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and to refine job descriptions. Maintain an organized database of candidates and track progress throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates to the HR team on candidate pipeline and search efforts. Support post-interview processes, including reference checks and interview scheduling. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong familiarity with various recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and best practices.
