About the role
Genpact invites applications for the role of Regulatory Affairs Analyst. The role involves making collection calls to customers and sending invoices by email or fax, or arranging for hard copies to be mailed as requested.
Responsibilities
- Understand all aspects of cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances, including deep validation and reporting to the business.
- Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances.
- Collaborate across all accounts receivable entities and track aged receivables, including current ageing buckets.
- Act as a subject matter specialist for accounts receivable processes, with complete know-how and understanding of the accounts receivable value chain.
- Create and update the standard operations procedure and other updates.
Requirements
- Experience working with a real estate client is preferred.
