This role offers the opportunity to learn alongside experienced engineers, develop hands-on technical skills, and build a career in power generation and infrastructure engineering.Position OverviewAs a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will join our Electrical Engineering team and support the technical development, design, and execution of engineering projects. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, you will contribute to engineering deliverables while progressively taking on greater technical responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.Assist in the development of electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.Prepare one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation under senior supervision.Support the design and specification of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.Assist with electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, and grounding analyses.Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support integrated and constructible engineering solutions.Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and technical records.Apply applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications in day-to-day work.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering (internships and academic projects count).Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).Foundational knowledge of electrical power systems.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn and take direction within multidisciplinary teams.Preferred QualificationsWe highly value candidates with exposure to:Industrial facilities, renewable energy projects, substations, or combined-cycle power plants.Electrical power system analysis and design tools such as ETAP, PowerWorld, SIMSEE, or AutoCAD.ANSI and ISO standards and regulations.Internships, co-ops, or academic projects in the energy or infrastructure sectors.Multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.What We OfferStructured mentorship from senior engineers and a clear path for technical growth.Exposure to high-impact engineering projects with international reach.Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and industry-leading clients.A professional environment focused on innovation, technical excellence, and career development.Participation in projects across power generation, industrial infrastructure, renewable energy, and mission-critical facilities.Flexible and hybrid work opportunities, depending on project requirements.Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience and qualifications.Join Our TeamIf you are starting your career in power systems engineering and want to develop your technical skills on projects that shape the future of energy and infrastructure, we would love to hear from you.
