Junior Graphic Designer

Create and refine templates for presentations, reports, factsheets, social media assets, and marketing collateral. Build clean, scalable, and easy-to-use brand templates that can be used by non-designers. Ensure all designs are consistent with established brand guidelines. Produce high-quality content within existing templates. Collaborate with senior designers and global stakeholders while managing multiple production tasks efficiently. Requirements include 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, strong hands-on experience with Canva, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, exposure to digital, social, and print design, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, experience with established brand systems and template libraries.
