Junior Partnership Account Representative

We are an expanding international company growing our commercial footprint across Latin America. We are seeking a proactive and driven Junior Partnership & Account Representative to join our team in Bolivia.
In this role, you will help identify local business opportunities, build key partner relationships, and support our regional growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and connect with prospective business partners across the region.Build, track, and maintain a commercial pipeline using CRM software.Communicate effectively with potential partners through multiple channels.Support the onboarding process and ongoing relationship management for new partners.Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to optimize partner experience.Monitor market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
Requirements:Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or customer service.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital productivity tools is a plus.Spanish: Native / FluentIntermediate written English (B1 level).
