Junior Technical Operations Associate AI-Assisted Development

About the RoleWe're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior Technical Operations Associate to help improve and maintain the internal systems that support our daily operations.
In this role, you'll use modern AI-assisted development tools—such as Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar—to help build, improve, test, and document internal software. You'll support web-based applications used for customer service, inventory management, equipment maintenance, reporting, logistics, and business-system integrations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, likes solving practical problems, and wants to build real software development skills in a business environment.
Previous professional software engineering experience is not required. We're looking for someone with curiosity, initiative, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
ResponsibilitiesHelp improve internal web applications and operational workflows.Use AI-assisted development tools to help build, test, troubleshoot, and improve software while reviewing and validating AI-generated code.Implement small features, bug fixes, and enhancements under the guidance of senior team members.Support data updates, reporting, and integrations with business platforms and APIs.Investigate issues, reproduce bugs, and communicate findings clearly to the team.Test changes carefully before deployment and help maintain reliable systems.Document processes, technical changes, and internal tools.Learn practical skills in JavaScript, APIs, databases, Git, automation, and modern web development.
QualificationsRequiredStrong curiosity, organization, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable learning new technologies and working independently.Interest in software development and improving business processes through technology.Careful attention to detail and a responsible approach to testing and handling operational data.Strong written communication skills.
PreferredFamiliarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.Exposure to one or more of the following:JavaScript or another programming languageSQL or databasesAPIsGitExcel or Google SheetsTechnical support or troubleshootingSpanish-English communication skills are a plus.
