The Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst has an important role in the organization by showing accountability through-out key financial processes execution, helping the team on adopting new transfer pricing activities, apply the established control points in each process, ensuring standard ways of working and always looking for automation opportunities. This position will be performed in a global context.The individual utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or relevant previous experience delivering the service solution. Understand, create, and update standard of procedures documentation, while determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
Mainly tasks:
Learn the process to prepare and provide transfer pricing and statutory accounting analysis through-out processes such as profitability reviews, transfer pricing documentation, ICO recharges and so on, with the right level of quality & timely.Prepare local files for multiple jurisdictions, applying knowledge about the transfer pricing OECD guidelines and operating model from the client.Learn the process to prepare and perform reconciliations among ERPs and internal deployments.Provide support on transactional activities, gathering reports for SOX controls, fiscal and external audit purposes, having proper interactions with audits for transfer pricing audit cycles.Work on assignments’ supervision that require judgment, initiative, and technical-specialized knowledge to resolve problems and provide solutions.Review, create and maintain the Standard of Procedures (SOP) for law updates, process changes, and the inclusion of special situations or scenarios.Identify improvement areas and deliver automated operational processes.
Required qualifications:Proper understanding of accounting / finance processes.Upper Intermediate English level.High analytical skills and detailed quality orientation.Proper business applications skills (MS Office).
Preferred qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration or similar. (Intermediate-advanced progress in career is also acceptable). Knowledge on transfer pricing or tax processes.Change management skills for new processes adoption.
