Monitor and report on customer feedback to assist in service improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience in customer service roles. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
