QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Recruitment, or Management is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to identify and build relationships with suitable KOLs/influencers
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience or knowledge are welcome to apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Search, identify, and recruit suitable KOLs/influencers
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with KOLs
• Monitor KOL performance and campaign results
• Assist in campaign coordination and execution
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and management requirements
• Prepare reports and monitor campaign performance
