🚨 WE'RE HIRING: Legal Assistant — Rose Harper Law, LLC 🚨Rose Harper Law is a bilingual personal injury firm serving clients across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Legal Assistant to keep our case files organized, our attorneys and case managers supported, and our clients well cared for.
💰 Pay: $1100-$ 1200 USD🔑 What You'll Own
✅ Support attorney and Case Managers with day-to-day case file management ✅ Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, correspondence, and documents ✅ Upload, label, and organize medical records, bills, and case documents per firm standards ✅ Calendar deadlines, court dates, and follow-up tasks ✅ Assist with scheduling client appointments and coordinating communications ✅ Draft routine correspondence and status update letters ✅ Support discovery, subpoena, and settlement prep tasks as assigned ✅ Answer and route calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally ✅ Help maintain attorney-ready, audit-ready files at all times
📋 What We're Looking For2+ years of legal assistant, administrative, or law firm support experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfort with case management software and document systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) Personal injury experience a plus
