The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties, providing guidance through each step of the transaction. Candidate will be media savvy and have or be willing to develop an online presence. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing listings, and coordinating viewings and open houses. The role involves performing market research, preparing comparative market analyses, and advising clients on pricing, offers, and negotiation strategies. The Real Estate Agent will also prepare and review documents, support clients through the closing process, and collaborate with internal team members and external partners such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.QualificationsValid Real Estate License (or eligibility to obtain one within required timeframes) and a solid understanding of real estate regulations.Media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikToc and other relevant social media sites.Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and Real Property, including familiarity with local market trends and property types.Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfort using real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic office software.Ability to work on-site in Panama City, including flexibility for evenings and weekends as client needs require.Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is a plus.Previous experience working with international clients or people relocating is beneficial, as is a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
