Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities. Support the development and execution of patient care plans under RN and physician supervision. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records and documentation. Perform basic life support (BLS) and emergency care to ensure patient safety. Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care. Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico. Strong patient care skills and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
