Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients following established care plans and protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations. Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards. What We're Looking For Required: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Vermont. Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience, preferably in a similar healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during assigned shifts. Reliable transportation and local housing due to limited public transit options. Availability to work both weekend shifts as required.
