Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing mentorship and guidance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the life insurance portfolio and increasing market penetration in Lucknow and surrounding regions. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the insurance sector. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams. Proficiency with insurance sales tools and CRM software. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Preferred: Experience working in the financial services industry in India.
