Located in Phoenix, Arizona, this full-time role offers a chance to grow within a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and efficient customer support via live chat platforms. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information professionally and courteously. Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and share knowledge. Stay informed on company products and services to deliver accurate information. Monitor chat queues to ensure prompt responses and meet service level agreements. Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and chat communication skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus. Prior customer support experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with live chat software and customer support tools is a plus. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As part of our dedicated support team, you will report to the Customer Support Manager and work closely with other specialists. Collaboration with sales and product development teams is integral to continuously improving our customer experience.
