We are seeking a reliable Loading & Unloading Helper to join our full-time team and support our production operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products according to factory schedules. Organize materials and ensure timely delivery to designated areas within the facility. Adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling heavy loads and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace to support production efficiency. Work collaboratively with production and logistics teams to optimize workflow. Perform routine inspections and upkeep of loading/unloading equipment. Promptly report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor. Qualifications Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials safely. Strong understanding of industrial safety practices. No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
