The Logistics Analyst manages logistics processes, ensures compliance with internal policies and cost-effectiveness in hardware acquisitions, and uses data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. The role involves working with most areas of the company to meet hardware needs, building relationships with supply chain partners, driving cost reduction and service improvements, and supporting a reliable, efficient hardware network.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira.
• Update SAP for inventory management.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory through SAP and Jira.
• Create retrieval requests.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement roles.
• Background managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced level of English.

Additional skills preferred

• Experience in the IT industry or tech companies.
• Background working with global teams or distributed organizations.
• Experience managing the hardware lifecycle from procurement through shipping to retrieval.
