Logistics & Order Management Coordinator📍 Panama City, Panama | 🏢 Hybrid
Samsung Electronics is looking for a Logistics & Order Management Coordinator to support operations across LATAM and the Caribbean.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the complete order fulfillment process, ensuring timely deliveries, inventory availability, and excellent service levels for distributors and authorized service centers. The role acts as a key liaison between Customer Service, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics providers, supporting day-to-day operations, KPI tracking, and reporting for multiple countries across the region.
Key Responsibilities• Manage customer orders and dispatch processes from creation to delivery.• Monitor shipments, inventory levels, and service performance.• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and 3PL providers to ensure operational efficiency.• Support distributors and service centers with order status, ETAs, and spare parts inquiries.• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for business decision-making.• Follow up on logistics and customer service issues to ensure timely resolution.• Collaborate with regional teams across Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, International Commerce, or related fields.• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Order Management, Transportation, or Inventory Control.• Advanced Excel skills.• Intermediate to Advanced English.• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• SAP knowledge is a plus.• Power BI or other reporting tools are highly desirable.
