Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse and Transportation Logistics Specialist supports export logistics operations for the PanaSystem US LLC warehouse. The role coordinates warehouse and transportation processes, monitors operational performance, and works with internal teams and external logistics partners in the United States.

Work format: Remote. Probation period: 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, internal movements, and outbound processes.
• Keep inventory records accurate and ensure warehouse transactions are reflected promptly in WMS/ERP systems.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock turnover, and prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy checks.
• Control preparation and processing of logistics documents, including GRNs, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and business partners’ operational requirements.
• Plan and schedule shipments to customers across the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse and/or transportation logistics, preferably within European or international logistics operations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; fluency in Russian or Spanish is an advantage.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel, including data processing, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• High stress tolerance, attention to detail, accountability, and a results-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
