Luxury Travel Concierge

We’re looking for a Luxury Travel Concierge to join our team and support one of our U.S.-based clients in creating exceptional travel experiences.
As a Luxury Travel Concierge, you’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes team that helps turn travel plans into memorable experiences. You’ll work closely with clients, travel partners, hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to make sure every detail is handled with care.
From helping with a last-minute restaurant request to coordinating a special experience or solving an unexpected travel issue, you’ll be the person clients can count on to make things happen.
What You'll DoYour day-to-day may look different every day, which is part of the fun!You’ll be responsible for:Supporting clients before, during, and after their trips.Responding to client requests through email, phone, and other communication channels.Coordinating reservations, transportation, activities, dining, accommodations, and other travel arrangements.Communicating with hotels, airlines, restaurants, tour operators, and other travel partners.Researching destinations, restaurants, activities, and unique experiences based on each client's preferences.Managing itinerary changes, last-minute requests, and unexpected situations.Following up with vendors and partners to make sure requests are completed correctly and on time.Keeping client information, preferences, itineraries, and special requests organized and up to date.Identifying potential issues before they become problems.Working closely with the team to create a smooth and personalized experience for every client.
Who We're Looking For:We’re looking for someone who is naturally helpful, curious, organized, and great at figuring things out.You don’t necessarily need to be a travel expert. What matters most is your ability to provide exceptional service, communicate confidently, stay organized, critical thinker, creative and take ownership of a request from beginning to end.
You’ll be a great fit if you:Have experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, concierge services, airlines, hotels, or a similar environment.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Enjoy helping people and genuinely care about creating a great customer experience.Are a natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.Are proactive and don't wait to be told what needs to be done.Can manage multiple requests and priorities without losing attention to detail.Are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Stay calm and professional when things don't go according to plan.Have strong follow-up and organizational skills.Are comfortable learning and using different technology and software platforms.Have a passion for travel, hospitality, luxury experiences, or simply making someone's day easier.
