You will ensure each luxury vehicle delivery is handled with the highest level of care, professionalism, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Deliver luxury vehicles safely and punctually to clients, maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Engage with clients during delivery to provide outstanding customer service and address any inquiries or concerns. Perform thorough vehicle inspections before and after delivery to guarantee quality and performance standards. Keep accurate records of deliveries, customer communications, and vehicle conditions. Coordinate with sales and service teams to schedule deliveries and maintain clear communication with customers. Collect client feedback to continuously improve the delivery experience. Stay informed on luxury automotive products and industry trends to effectively assist clients. Required and Preferred Qualifications Vocational training or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields. Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction. Strong attention to detail to ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine condition. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in delivery or customer-facing roles preferred. Familiarity with luxury automotive brands is a plus.
