Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor various machinery to maintain optimal production levels. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot machines to reduce downtime. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Keep accurate production and maintenance records. Work collaboratively with team members to resolve production challenges and improve workflow. Inspect finished products for quality and specification compliance. Assist in training new operators on proper equipment handling and safety. As a Machine Operator, you will contribute directly to improving machine efficiency and production output. You will report to the Production Supervisor and collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams. Success is measured by machine uptime, production efficiency, and safety adherence. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical certification in machinery or related fields. Experience in machinery operation and maintenance is preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing production environment. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
