Maintenance Workshop Manager

Manage workshop operations and maintenance activities.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Diagnose equipment failures and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs.
Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance costs.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and ensure HSE compliance.
Monitor and report maintenance KPIs including downtime, MTBF, MTTR, preventive maintenance compliance, and workshop productivity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably within manufacturing, construction materials, or heavy equipment operations.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning skills.
