About the role
Confidential is seeking a Maintenance Workshop Manager to manage workshop operations and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Diagnose equipment failures and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance costs.
- Monitor and report maintenance KPIs, including downtime, MTBF, MTTR, preventive maintenance compliance, and workshop productivity.
- Ensure HSE compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably within manufacturing, construction materials, or heavy equipment operations.
- 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning skills.
