Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analysis of client business structures, processes, and market positioning to deliver actionable insights. Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Lead strategic planning sessions with clients to define goals and develop robust business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhance organizational performance. Monitor and evaluate project outcomes ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality standards. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build client staff capabilities and knowledge. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and exceed expectations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven expertise in business valuation and analytical methods. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with industry-standard valuation software and analytical tools. 3-5 years of consulting experience in a business advisory capacity. Certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC) are highly preferred.
