Join our leading property management financial services team in Los Angeles, California as a Manager of Financial Operations. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled finance team in a collaborative environment, ensuring precise and efficient financial processes that drive company success. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Lead and mentor the finance team to meet goals and cultivate a positive, productive culture. Manage budgeting and financial reporting to provide strategic insights for executive decision-making. Develop and implement financial strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve financial outcomes. Negotiate vendor and partner contracts to optimize financial agreements. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial operations with overall business objectives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification required. 5-7+ years of experience in financial management or operations within a corporate setting. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Analytical expertise with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Experience with financial management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle. Our finance team includes financial analysts, accountants, and administrative staff, all reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Operations. This role is based in Los Angeles and is not eligible for remote work. Salary: $160,000 per year
