We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Operator to oversee order picking, product storage, receiving, security, maintenance, sanitation, and other warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership abilities to train, evaluate, and hold staff accountable while maximizing warehouse capacity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage warehousing and distribution operations efficiently. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures. Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment. Collaborate with Supervisors to plan and execute daily activities and projects. Maintain safety and security of staff and premises. Motivate and assist in disciplining warehouse staff. Maintain accurate awareness of cargo condition and locations. Lead the warehouse team in the absence of the General Manager. Operate warehouse equipment and assist with loading/unloading cargo. Manage inbound and outbound loads, and communicate promptly with customers and internal divisions. Read and respond to customer and company emails in a timely manner. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of warehouse management experience. Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to identify and correct operational issues proactively.
