Job description
Join RTW Logistics as a Warehouse Operator in Stockton, California. This full-time role involves overseeing order picking, product storage, receiving, security, maintenance, sanitation, and other warehouse operations. You will train, evaluate, and hold staff accountable while ensuring maximum warehouse capacity and efficiency through effective cargo location mapping. Key Responsibilities: Manage warehousing and distribution operations efficiently. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures. Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment. Collaborate with Supervisors to plan and execute daily activities. Maintain staff safety and security of the warehouse premises. Motivate and discipline warehouse staff as needed. Monitor cargo condition and location continuously. Lead the team in the absence of the General Manager. Operate warehouse equipment and assist with loading/unloading cargo. Manage inbound and outbound loads and respond promptly to customer and company communications. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of warehouse management experience. Strong leadership and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to recognize and resolve operational issues proactively. Excellent communication skills for internal and customer interactions.
