RequirementsQualifications3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial real estate, capital markets, banking, lending, investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related fieldStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExperience evaluating financial statements, cash flows, and business performance metricsAdvanced proficiency with Excel and financial analysis toolsExperience working with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systemsStrong understanding of business operations and workflow managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyAdvanced English communication skills requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience within commercial real estate, lending, capital markets, investment analysis, or related financial sectorsFamiliarity with workflow automation tools and process optimizationHands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms in a professional settingExperience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
