We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who is creative, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with us as we expand our presence in Florida and beyond. What You’ll Do As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand and boosting sales across our different channels. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns for coffee and related products. Creating strategies and promotional content for special dates, launches, and seasonal campaigns. Managing and growing our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Engaging with our online community to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty. Analyzing campaign and post performance using key metrics, and recommending improvements. Assisting with the design and coordination of promotional materials (brochures, ads, packaging). Supporting the organization of events and brand activations. Preparing marketing performance reports and presentations. Handling administrative support such as coordinating schedules and managing promotional inventory. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year (can include internships) in marketing, social media management, or related roles.
