Marketing Coordinator

Our client is a US-based architecture firm with an office in Panama.
Strong English skills are required for this position.
Marketing Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction field is strongly preferred.
Experience in B2B Marketing is preferred.

What We’re Looking ForA highly organized and collaborative marketer with 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. You’re a strong writer with excellent project management skills and a keen attention to detail. You’re comfortable managing proposals from start to finish, communicating across teams, and balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
What You’ll DoYou’ll help shape the voice and visual identity of our Client through strategic, creative, and polished marketing materials. Your day-to-day includes:Managing the full RFP/RFQ process from kickoff through submissionCoordinating proposal content, resumes, project sheets, and consultant materialsDesigning and producing presentations, portfolios, and qualifications packagesCollaborating with the graphic design team to create visually compelling marketing materialsProducing creative award submissions for projects and staffAssisting with the maintenance of project information, consultant contacts, and marketing databasesSupporting firmwide marketing initiatives, campaigns, and business development pursuitsWorking closely with Partners, studio teams, and consultants to gather and organize information efficiently
