Marketing Lead

About the role

inDrive is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Lead to drive growth of its new vertical, inDrive.Food. The role leads the go-to-market strategy, partner promotion strategies, and growth of active clients across multiple markets.

inDrive has been redefining the mobility industry with innovative mobile technologies since 2013 and is working toward becoming a super app. Its mission is to combat global injustice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the inDrive.Food marketing growth strategy across key markets, including go-to-market, value proposition, media campaigns, pricing, promotional, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Lead the marketing lifecycle from strategy and ideation through execution and performance optimization, aligned with business goals and KPIs.
• Drive customer and restaurant growth through acquisition, retention, CRM, loyalty programs, in-app marketing, partnerships, and external acquisition channels.
• Identify and launch food delivery growth opportunities through cross-strategies aligned with Ride Hailing, Groceries, Delivery, and the broader inDrive ecosystem.
• Lead product-marketing growth initiatives, including UX improvements, promotional mechanics, in-app experiences, and experimentation to optimize conversion, activation, LTV, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Marketing, Analytics, and Partner teams to deliver growth initiatives and support their execution.
• Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and target planning while building brand awareness.

Requirements

• Experienced and results-driven marketer.
• Strong strategic thinking, a deep understanding of marketplace business models, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an analytical approach.
• Ability to drive marketing for both demand (customers) and supply (restaurants).
