Marketing Lead Generation Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the end-to-end lead generation process; research, building segmentation and outbound campaigns.
- Design and optimize multi-channel, outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Analyze results, identify opportunities and report on KPIs.
- Work closely with sales and coordinate internal vendors.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing (demand generation or lead generation preferred)
- Proven experience in technical tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar CRM.
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads (nice to have), advanced analytics.
- Experience with marketing segmentation and funnel creation.
- Analytical, organized, proactive and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm - (PANAMA TIME)
