About the Role As an SEO & Google Ads Specialist, you will implement data-driven organic and paid search strategies, focusing on local SEO, Google Maps optimization, and Google Guaranteed (Local Services Ads). Your efforts will position businesses at the top of search results, increase qualified leads, and maximize ROI in competitive local markets. Key Responsibilities Design and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to enhance Google Maps rankings. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Local Services Ads. Manage Google Guaranteed campaigns and oversee verification processes. Conduct keyword research targeting high-intent local searches. Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI; generate detailed reports. Optimize conversion rates (CRO) for landing pages and ads. Manage online reviews, local citations, and overall online reputation. Implement continuous improvements through data analysis and A/B testing. Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry trends. Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management. Strong expertise in local SEO and Google Maps ranking factors. Experience working with the U.S. market. Hands-on experience managing Google Local Services Ads and Google Guaranteed campaigns. Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
