Marketing Support Specialist

OverviewOur client is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist to own and execute all digital marketing initiatives for a well-established interior design and construction supplier. In this role, you will elevate the company's brand presence by managing social media growth, designing Flowdesk email campaigns, and updating Squarespace website content. Working closely with the business owner, you will bring structure and reliability to product launches, partner announcements, and ongoing marketing operations.
Schedule:20 hours per week, flexible (Central Time / Dallas, Texas)
ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company's Instagram presence with on-brand content that reflects the company's voice and relationships.Design and send marketing emails through Flowdesk for new hire announcements, partner launches, and product showcases.Update and maintain the Squarespace website with new partner pages, team bios, headshots, and product line information.Execute new line launches including coordinated email campaigns and website updates.Implement marketing tasks from a centralized folio email system with clear timelines and completion tracking.Create announcement materials for three new partner onboardings currently in pipeline.Develop and execute social media strategies that drive measurable follower growth and engagement.Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.Collaborate with the business owner on marketing direction and content approval.Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule with proactive communication on timelines.
RequirementsProven experience in social media marketing with demonstrated audience growth results.Strong portfolio showing previous Instagram management and content creation work (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Flowdesk.Website content management experience, preferably with Squarespace.Track record of completing marketing projects on deadline without follow-up required.2-5 years of marketing experience with strategic implementation skills.Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt to brand voice.Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.Comfortable working 20 hours per week with availability for periodic high-volume launch periods.
